Reports to: Kellyann Kanaley, Creative Director, Events, Corporate Services, Creative Solutions
To succeed in this role, the Graphic Designer must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a conceptual thinker, creative, articulate, and capable of understanding and conveying a variety of concepts. Outstanding execution and organization skills combined with excellent judgment and exemplary ethics and values are imperative. Under supervision, the Graphic Designer will provide leverage across the following responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing and Presentation Support

Assist investment professionals with design and visual presentation aspects of marketing materials and presentations in conformance with firm branding standards. This includes, but is not limited to, PowerPoint decks, white papers, factsheets, RFPs, advertisements, newsletters, and digital marketing materials.
Social Media Design and Campaign Support

Partner with the Social Media Team to develop engaging visual content for all firm social media channels.

Create and adapt creative assets for social campaigns, thought leadership promotion, corporate announcements, employee advocacy initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.

Ensure consistency of visual identity, messaging, and brand standards across social platforms while helping evolve creative best practices and formats.
Events and Experiential Design

Support the Creative Director, Events with visual content for external and internal events, including signage, presentation graphics, event collateral, and experiential design needs. Occasional travel may be required to provide on-site creative support for key events.
Dynamic and Graphics-Intensive Initiatives

Provide support with other dynamic content and graphics-intensive initiatives, such as employee photos, infographics, special conceptual design projects, and branded marketing assets.
Extended Creative Projects

Support broader multimedia initiatives, including animation, motion graphics, podcasts, video content, and other emerging creative formats as business needs evolve.

College degree in Graphics Design or a related degree is preferred

A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat Pro, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise and a basic understanding of PC troubleshooting.

A friendly and helpful attitude toward stakeholders, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in written and in-person interactions.

Willingness to assist team members and maintain responsiveness through email and video calls.

Ensure an engaging client experience and achievement of program objectives by consistently meeting deadlines on assigned graphic projects and keeping managers, vendors and stakeholders apprised
