About the Role
Samudhrika Lakshana Herbal Concepts is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of all digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the company and the external Digital Marketing Agency, ensuring that all marketing deliverables are executed on time and are aligned with the approved brand strategy and brand guidelines.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, design, and video editing to effectively review, coordinate, and improve marketing assets before publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Agency on a daily basis to ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all creatives, videos, advertisements, website content, and social media posts strictly follow the company's Brand Guidelines, communication style, and marketing strategy.
- Review and coordinate all marketing deliverables before obtaining internal approvals.
- Work closely with the Brand Team, Management, Designers, Content Writers, Photographers, Videographers, and Marketing Agency to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor the implementation of campaign strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, SEO, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Track campaign performance reports and coordinate with the agency for performance improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, product listings, and campaign pages with the respective teams.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Support photoshoots, video productions, and content planning activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of marketing plans, campaign reports, creative approvals, and digital assets.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and campaign execution.

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to review creative work with attention to detail and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Coordination.
- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
