This is not a routine recruiter role. We’re looking for someone curious, energetic, and genuinely interested in AI, technology, and modern hiring.
At CloudScaler Technologies, you’ll work on engineering, tech, and international hiring projects where learning and growth are part of everyday work.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Exploring LinkedIn and different sourcing methods creatively
- Understanding technical and engineering roles
- Using AI tools and recruitment platforms smartly
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communication
- Supporting hiring for international projects and clients
- Learning modern recruitment and talent-mapping strategies
Experience:
1-3 years is ideal, but honestly, mindset and learning attitude matter more to us than exact years of experience.
Big plus if you:
- Experiment with AI tools beyond basic ChatGPT usage
- Have strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Like startups and fast-moving environments
- Learn quickly without needing constant guidance
- Enjoy finding solutions independently
