- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Measure, mark, cut, grind, drill, and fit metal components accurately.
- Assemble fabricated parts before welding by ensuring proper alignment and fit-up.
- Perform tack fitting and coordinate with welders during fabrication.
- Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, Vernier caliper, try square, spirit level, and angle gauge.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment including grinders, drilling machines, gas cutters, and hand tools safely.
- Inspect fabricated assemblies for dimensional accuracy and quality before welding.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring zero-defect workmanship.
- Report any drawing discrepancies, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping (5S) in the work area.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in loading, unloading, and handling fabricated materials safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement, quality, and productivity initiatives.
- Perform any other fabrication-related work assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Pay: ₹9,013.56 - ₹25,332.32 per month
