Job Summary
Minimum 4+ years experience in SAP preferably in any of the major functional areas (Hands on)and should have experience in leading teams across modules
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and keep them informed about project /work progress.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical expertise on SAP modules and ensuring that the team follows best practices in SAP enhancement & support
- Change Management: Skills to manage and implement changes in business processes and systems.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service to clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and requirements.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with team members and other departments to achieve project goals
