Summary:
· A reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper with experience in inventory management, stock control, and record maintenance. Responsible for proper storage, timely issuance of materials, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Skilled in maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory as per ISO system. Conduct regular stock checks as per Challans and audits to ensure the physical stock matches system records. Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies in a timely manner. Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
2. Material Handling: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
a. Ensure safe handling, stacking, and storage of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
b. Organize materials systematically for easy retrieval and usage.
3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions (inward/outward registers, issue slips, etc.). Update inventory management software if have or manual logs accurately and promptly. To help Store keeper to prepare and submit periodic stock reports to management Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries and discrepancies, if any.
4. Coordination with team: Train new team members on inventory processes and safety measures as a helper. Assist in logistics and transfer of materials as needed from site to site to store keeper and other team members. Participate in planning for future material requirements based on project schedules with store keeper
5. Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts.
6. Advise on procurement strategies and supply chain management.
7. Ensure compliance with building regulations and contract laws.
8. Manage claims, disputes, and variations.
9. Collaborate with legal teams on contract-related matters.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
