We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound sales activities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms and business directories.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage CRM and sales pipelines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience working with international clients (US/Canada market) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
