- Manage the entire order lifecycle, from confirmation to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending and failed payments, and re-engage customers in cart abandonment cases.
- Perform customer feedback calls to gauge satisfaction and collect insights for improvement.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) and RTO (Return to Origin) calls efficiently to minimize delivery issues and losses.
- Provide WhatsApp support for inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution with a professional and friendly tone.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned in alignment with company needs.
