Position Summary:
Are you a recruiter who loves the thrill of headhunting and the art of closing a deal? We are looking for an HR Specialist with an MBA in HR and razor-sharp expertise in sales recruitment and salary negotiation. In this role, you will lead our talent acquisition strategy for the sales division—identifying, headhunting, and closing top-tier sales talent (from field executives to regional managers) who will drive our revenue growth in the region.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire high-performing sales professionals.
- Aggressive Headhunting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and local networks to build a robust pipeline of passive sales talent.
- Expert Negotiation: Manage the entire offer stage, skillfully negotiating base salaries, commission structures, and notice periods to close candidates within budget.
- Market Intelligence: Map competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to keep Navkiran Solar highly competitive.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with Sales Directors to understand headcount demands and refine candidate profiles.
- Retention Tracking: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience to drive early engagement and long-term retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years strictly focused on Sales Hiring (Required).
- Industry Background: Hiring experience in Solar/Renewables, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or fast-paced B2B/B2C sales sectors is highly preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex incentive/compensation structures (Required).
- Sourcing Mastery: Strong expertise in Boolean searches, headhunting, and social media recruiting.
Schedule:
- Day shift / Monday to Saturday
