Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven real estate professional to manage luxury residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling end-to-end deal processes, and contributing to business growth through strong sales performance and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and manage client requirements for buying, selling, and leasing luxury residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property site visits, client meetings, property assessments, and valuations
- Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including negotiations, documentation, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, developers, builders, and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and support overall business development initiatives
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and luxury property inventory
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions using CRM systems
- Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in real estate broking (minimum 5 years)
- Proven expertise in luxury real estate transactions is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism and client relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
