Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer for our pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing division. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with GMP standards, and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing and assembly process of pharmaceutical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections of pharmaceutical machinery and fabricated components during manufacturing and assembly
Prepare and maintain QA documentation including:
Inspection reports
Validation documents
SOPs
FAT/SAT reports
Deviation and CAPA reports
Ensure compliance with:
GMP guidelines
ISO standards
Customer specifications
Internal quality procedures
Conduct in-process and final inspections of machines before dispatch
Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, polishing, and assembly quality standards
Handle customer audits and vendor quality inspections
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments
Support qualification and validation activities for pharma equipment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of QA/QC experience in:
Pharma machinery manufacturing
Process equipment manufacturing
Stainless steel fabrication industry
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and pharma industry standards
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with inspection tools and quality documentation
Familiarity with stainless steel materials (SS304, SS316) and surface finish standards
Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
