- Experience in calendar management and business coordination preferred
- Professional email drafting and documentation skills mandatory
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day business coordination, communication management, scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with departments for reports and updates
- Draft professional emails, MOMs, and business correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and business information
- Follow up on pending tasks and management instructions
- Prepare daily status reports and trackers
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Maintain records, files, and management documents
- Support travel planning and scheduling if required
- Ensure timely communication between management and departments
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Prepare management meeting agendas and MOMs
- Track action items and follow-up status
- Coordinate review meetings with department heads
- Prepare business presentations and reports
- Support management in operational coordination activities
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Maintain management reporting records
- Support strategic reviews and planning meetings
- Coordinate documentation for audits and compliance requirements
- Assist in preparation of management dashboards and presentations
- Monitor pending approvals and escalations
