Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Curriculum Planning
Develop annual plans, unit plans, and lesson plans.
Ensure complete coverage of Cambridge learning objectives.
Contribute to interdisciplinary planning and curriculum development.
Assessment
Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
Assess student work using Cambridge standards.
Maintain accurate academic records.
Prepare students for Cambridge examinations through thoughtful assessment and feedback.
Student Development
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Mentor students and encourage personal responsibility for learning.
Professional Responsibilities
Participate actively in curriculum planning and teacher collaboration.
Attend professional development programmes.
Engage in reflective teaching practices.
Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
Strong subject expertise
Excellent communication skills in English
