Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at New Horizons Child Development Centre. The ideal candidate will work closely with centre teams, families, and external stakeholders to enhance NHCDC’s outreach, strengthen the brand, and drive growth across all centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with on-ground teams across centres to understand and support centre-specific marketing requirements.
- Interact with patients and families to understand NHCDC’s customer profile, their expectations, and long-term engagement opportunities.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in strategy planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and driving revenue outcomes for the vertical.
- Lead service development initiatives and create awareness about child development to identify new opportunities.
- Study market trends and maintain updated market intelligence as per industry standards.
- Represent and promote NHCDC at external forums, events, and partner engagements.
- Define and achieve business targets at both individual and team levels.
- Work with PR and advertising agencies to enhance brand value and communication strategies.
- Manage and coordinate on-ground marketing activities; travel to centres for surveys, feedback, and outreach.
- Collaborate with the operations and network expansion teams to support organizational growth.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS documents, and progress dashboards for senior management reviews.
- Onboard new referral doctors and maintain strong referral relationships.
- Make regular visits to Paediatricians and key doctors to strengthen relationships and increase NHCDC’s outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development; Master's in Hospital Administration (required).
- MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to travel across NHCDC centres in Goregaon East, Goregaon West, Bhandup, Dadar, Mahim, and Vasai.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
