Key Responsibilities
- Manage my calendar, appointments, and reminders.
- Book flights, hotels, restaurants, cabs, and other travel arrangements.
- Order food, groceries, and other essentials as required.
- Conduct online research and compare products or services.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other contacts.
- Handle follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day business operations, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Organize files, maintain records, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively suggest solutions.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and common productivity tools.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and skill set.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur)
