Compensation Structure
- This is a Commission-Based Internship.
- No Stipend will be provided during the internship period.
- No Fixed Salary will be provided during the internship period.
- Interns will earn performance-based commissions based on successful project deliveries, client implementations, product milestones, and other eligible business outcomes as defined under the company's commission policy.
- Outstanding performers will be considered for full-time employment based on business growth, technical performance, ownership, and overall contribution.

About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Forward Deployed Software Engineer Interns (FWD) who are passionate about solving real-world business problems through technology.
Unlike a traditional software engineering internship, this role goes beyond coding. You will work directly with founders, customers, business analysts, and product teams to understand customer requirements, design technical solutions, build AI-powered software products, implement customer projects, and continuously improve our SaaS platforms.
You will own the complete engineering lifecycle—from understanding customer problems to deploying production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Development
- Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications.
- Build scalable web applications and backend services.
- Develop reusable software components.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Contribute to AI-powered software products.
- Build internal tools and automation solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions.
2. Customer Solution Engineering
- Understand customer business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in customer discovery sessions.
- Build customer-specific features and workflows.
- Customize products based on client requirements.
- Resolve customer technical challenges.
3. AI & Automation Development
- Develop AI-powered workflows.
- Build intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Build AI copilots and assistants.
- Develop OCR and document automation workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies.
4. Implementation & Deployment
- Deploy customer solutions.
- Configure production environments.
- Support implementation and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Monitor application performance.
- Assist in cloud infrastructure setup.
5. Software Engineering
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Follow software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Optimize application performance.
- Debug and resolve production issues.
- Refactor existing codebases.
6. Quality Assurance
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Perform functional testing.
- Fix bugs and regressions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure software quality before release.
7. DevOps & Infrastructure
- Work with Docker containers.
- Build CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy applications on Linux servers.
- Configure cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system health.
- Assist in infrastructure automation.
8. Product Innovation
- Research emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Recommend product improvements.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Validate new product ideas.
- Participate in technical brainstorming sessions.
