Roles and Responsibilities Build and own the full-funnel digital marketing strategy and targets (CAC, CPL, ROAS, lead pipeline). Plan, run, scale and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. Own ARR's brand identity, voice, positioning, campaigns and creative quality. Manage organic social media, WhatsApp Business campaigns and retargeting/email flows. Own the analytics stack (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM/Bitrix24) and ensure a tight lead-to-sales handoff. Translate performance data into clear insights and action plans. Required Skills and Experience 4+ years in digital marketing with deep hands-on paid-media expertise. Proven ROAS/revenue results across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms. Strong command of analytics, attribution and CRM-driven marketing. Travel, hospitality or D2C/e-commerce experience preferred. Strong brand sense, commercial thinking and ownership mindset. Fluent in English and Tamil. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
