- System maintenance
- Warranty details
- Guide customers on how to use the monitoring app or inverter display.
3. Complaint & Issue Resolution
- Register customer complaints such as:
- System not generating power
- Inverter faults
- Monitoring issues
- Loose connections or panel damage
- Coordinate with technical or service teams to solve the issue.
4. Service Coordination
- Schedule site visits for technicians when required.
- Track service requests and ensure they are completed on time.
- Follow up with customers after service is done.
5. Documentation & CRM Updates
- Maintain records of:
- Customer details
- Installed system capacity
- Service requests and complaints
- Update information in CRM software or company database.
6. Customer Education
- Educate customers about:
- Basic solar system operation
- Cleaning and maintenance of solar panels
- Monitoring system performance
- Safety precautions.
7. Post-Installation Support
- Assist customers after installation with:
- Net metering updates
- Government subsidy information (like programs from Ministry of New and Renewable Energy)
- Warranty claims
- System upgrades.
8. Feedback & Customer Satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback about installation and service quality.
- Work to improve customer satisfaction and service experience.
9. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with:
- Sales team
- Installation team
- Service technicians
- Project managers
- Ensure customer issues are solved quickly.
