Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the showroom and maintain a clean, organized front desk.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence.
- Assist with office supplies management and inventory.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
Required Skills:

- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and office equipment).

Pay: ₹8,832.50 - ₹18,000.00 per month
