Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lectures as per the academic schedule.
- Complete the syllabus within the assigned timeline and academic targets.
- Prepare and provide notes, worksheets, assignments, and practice materials before starting new topics whenever required.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor students’ academic performance and maintain progress records.
- Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance in class.
- Guide students for board examinations and competitive exams, if applicable.
- Coordinate with management and parents regarding student performance and academic progress.
- Participate in academic meetings, planning sessions, and institute activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or relevant field.
- Strong command over English grammar and communication.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
