Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Resolve dealer and customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Promote new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of mobile phones, accessories, and telecom products.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in mobile handset, telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics sales.
- Experience in channel sales, distributor management, or territory sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
