Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to engage with potential and existing customers, generate qualified leads, promote our products, and convert inquiries into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maximize sales conversions and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead status reports.
- Resolve customer concerns and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
- Effective customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer acquisition, or sales-related roles.
- Experience in the steel, construction, manufacturing, industrial, building materials, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
