About Us:
We are seeking a highly dependable, professional, and experienced Assistant to Director who can seamlessly manage day-to-day tasks, priorities, and high-level coordination for the Director. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working directly under a Director, CEO, or other senior leadership and must possess a strong sense of maturity, confidentiality, and organizational responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, meetings, travel, and follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and documentation as required.
Track key tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely execution of decisions.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional discretion.
Handle emails, correspondence, and coordination across departments.
Assist in business meetings, taking minutes and summarizing key points for action.
Support in reviewing business documents and performing initial level checks.
Manage personal and professional calendar of the Director.
Ensure daily operational smoothness and act as a right hand to the Director.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong understanding of corporate protocol, confidentiality, and executive support.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional appearance, behaviour, and stable career background.
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Calm, solution-oriented, and able to manage high-pressure tasks effectively.
MBA or Post graduation mandatory.
