Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls and virtual sessions
Counsel candidates regarding professional courses and career opportunities
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with students
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless admission process
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory
0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Counselling
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Convincing and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
