Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The candidate will work closely with patients of all age groups to improve communication abilities and enhance overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct speech therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Educate patients and family members regarding therapy exercises and progress.
- Assist in early intervention programs for children with developmental delays.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.
- Certification or registration with relevant professional council (if applicable).
- Valid license to practice (as per local regulations).
Experience
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinic preferred.

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Working Hours
- Approx. 8 hours per day (Flexible based on organization requirements).
Salary
- As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.
