-More than 60 – 70 % travelling, candidate applying for this job must travel and control the -activities of sales and marketing representatives and agents.
-Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes team development.
-Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Leading sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the GM / Director.
-Should lead the Regional activities & drive to growth with team.
- service is important part under RSM profile, which ultimately drives sales.
-Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for sales team.
- Product Demo Events / seminars for customers in your region will be continuous activity.
-Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations with one to one meet.
-Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.

Pay: ₹16,095.90 - ₹58,539.87 per month
