Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production workers and daily factory operations
- Ensure machines and production processes run smoothly
- Monitor production targets and workflow efficiency
- Maintain quality standards during production and packing
- Coordinate with dispatch, QC, and warehouse teams
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance on the factory floor
- Handle worker attendance, shift management, and task allocation
- Report production updates and issues to management
- Reduce downtime and resolve basic operational issues quickly
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of factory/manufacturing operations
Preferred Background:
- Experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in production supervision or factory operations preferred
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education
10th or 12th Pass
from food manufacturing company.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
