About the Role
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Nashik region to drive sales growth, strengthen channel networks, and support market development activities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Build relationships with farmers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits, market surveys, and customer engagement activities.
- Execute product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support collection activities and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and market support.
- Prepare sales reports, market updates, and activity plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, seeds, agri-inputs, or related industries preferred.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of regional agricultural markets will be an advantage.
