About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to join our manufacturing facility at Sakarda, Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting operational activities, coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage daily office administration and facility-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and company documentation.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office supplies.
- Handle correspondence, courier management, and visitor coordination.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative requirements.
Operations
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Support production planning and workflow coordination.
- Assist management in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Accounts Support
- Coordinate with the accounts department for financial documentation and reporting with Basic knowledge of Accounts.
Logistics & Dispatch
- Coordinate transportation, dispatch schedules, and delivery tracking.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding shipments.
- Monitor inventory movement and support stock management activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Logistics, or Manufacturing Support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
