Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate should also have the potential to lead a team of 3–5 members, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery. This role focuses on handling customer queries, guiding team members, and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Deliver accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle order-related queries such as placements, cancellations, and updates.
- Track and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support and guide junior team members in resolving customer concerns.
- Report and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Ensure team coordination and contribute to a positive work environment.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team (3–5 members) to meet customer support standards.
- Monitor daily tasks, performance, and service quality.
- Provide training and feedback to improve team efficiency and communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and customer service tools.
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
