The B2B College Connect Sales role is responsible for driving institutional sales across engineering colleges and universities. The role focuses on acquiring new academic partners, expanding existing accounts, and positioning L&T EduTech’s industry-aligned skilling and learning solutions to higher education institutions. The incumbent will manage end-to-end sales cycles, engage academic stakeholders, and ensure sustained business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B institutional sales for College Connect programs across assigned regions.
- Identify and engage with engineering colleges, universities, and academic institutions to promote L&T EduTech offerings.
- Build strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, HODs and academic leadership.
- Understand institutional needs and propose solution-based skilling programs aligned to curriculum enhancement and employability outcomes.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue, acquisition, and growth targets consistently.
- Ensure repeat business and account expansion within existing partner institutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, delivery, operations, finance) to ensure smooth program onboarding and execution.
- Track and maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and NEP-driven changes to refine sales pitches and proposals.
- Participate in academic events, conferences, and institutional meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management (Preferred)
Domain & Functional Expertise
- Strong experience in B2B institutional sales, preferably in EdTech or higher education solutions. Good understanding of engineering education ecosystem and campus buying processes.
