Role Overview
BharatCares is seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer – RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) / Electrician to deliver high-quality technical training under CSR-funded skilling programs. The trainer will be responsible for imparting domain knowledge, conducting practical sessions, mentoring trainees, and ensuring industry readiness of candidates through hands-on learning and assessment support.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for RAC and/or Electrician trades.
- Deliver training as per NSQF, SSC, NCVT, ITI, or industry standards.
- Demonstrate safe handling of tools, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Develop lesson plans, training schedules, and practical assignments.
- Ensure effective learning through demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on practice.
Trainee Management
- Maintain trainee attendance, performance records, and assessment reports.
- Provide mentoring and career guidance to trainees.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional support.
- Foster discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment.
Assessment & Certification
- Prepare trainees for internal and external assessments.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and practical tests.
- Support certification processes and documentation requirements.
Industry & Placement Support
- Coordinate with placement teams to ensure trainees are employment-ready.
- Share industry trends, workplace expectations, and job opportunities.
- Facilitate industry visits, guest lectures, and employer interactions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain training records, session plans, assessment data, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Support audits, monitoring visits, and stakeholder reviews.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, RAC, HVAC, or related technical field.
- Relevant certification in Electrician, RAC, HVAC, or allied trades preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical training and/or industry operations.
- Experience in skill development projects, ITIs, PMKVY, CSR, or vocational training programs will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Systems, Wiring, Installation, Maintenance, RAC/HVAC Systems, and Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise with tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
