APTCODER is an innovative EdTech venture incubated at IIM Lucknow and founded by IIT Bombay alumni. We are transforming coding education for children aged 5–16 through regional language-based learning and technology-driven experiences. Our programs in Coding, AI, Logical Thinking, and Entrepreneurship empower young learners with future-ready skills, supported by our proprietary Learning Experience Platform for web and mobile.
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and ambitious Sales Managers and Sales Executives to drive student enrollments and business growth. This role begins as an individual contributor (IC), with opportunities to grow into leadership positions .Candidates with existing relationships in schools and educational institutions will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Present and promote APTCODER’s online coding programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute ideas and insights to strengthen sales strategies and market presence.
Qualifications
- Fresher candidates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or education.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- B.Tech or similar degree is preferred, given the technical nature of our offerings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation: Up to ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
