We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician for 1yr+ Experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This role requires technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and test CCTV and ELV systems, including cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and intercoms.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades for existing installations.
- Ensure all installations are completed in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV and ELV systems.
- Provide technical support to clients and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- System Design and Planning:
- Assist in the design and planning of new CCTV and ELV system installations.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best system solutions for clients.
- Prepare detailed installation plans and documentation.
- Customer Service and Training:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with all services provided.
- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in CCTV and ELV systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician, ELV Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV and ELV systems, including IP-based systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- On-call availability for emergency service requests.
- Work may involve lifting and handling of equipment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
