Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, staff supervision, safety compliance, and ensuring efficient warehouse performance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing storage space, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of products.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Manage warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
- Prepare operational reports and inventory status updates.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking tools.

Work Environment

Salary Range (India): Typically ₹3.6 LPA – ₹ 6 LPA+, depending on experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
