Capital Now is seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer with expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Flutter to join our growing tech team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our mobile app ecosystem—including the customer-facing Android app and internal tools—while ensuring alignment with evolving compliance standards.

Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and Flutter (where applicable for cross-platform needs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.

Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

Work with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integrations.

Lead and mentor junior developers and handle escalations of complex issues.

Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts.

Support UAT, deployment, and release management processes.

Drive the In-house Vehicle finance Sales Vertical.

Ensure application compliance with business standards and Google Play Store policies.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

Experience with Flutter for hybrid or shared module development.

Published at least two Android apps on Google Play.

Solid knowledge of Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

Strong understanding of Google Play policies, including the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest updates.

Experience working in large-scale mobile projects with multi-module architectures.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in financial services, especially fintech or capital markets.

Proficiency in MySQL, with ability to write and optimize complex queries.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
