Job Title: Telemarketing
Location: Kundrathur
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new business leads through telemarketing and other available sources.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Manage and update customer information, lead status, and sales activities in Zoho CRM. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers and address their queries professionally.
- Maintain a database of customers and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and calling targets.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar CRM software is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS OAice (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Target-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
