Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop RCC detailing for:
- Foundations
- Columns
- Beams
- Slabs
- Staircases
- Coordinate with architects, PMC teams, contractors, and site engineers.
- Review structural inputs and convert them into execution drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with IS codes and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and engineer feedback.
- Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and version control.
- Conduct site visits for execution coordination and verification.
- Assist with quantity estimation and billing using Excel.
Required Skills
- Strong AutoCAD knowledge
- RCC and steel detailing
- Structural drafting standards
- MS Excel
- Coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of residential construction practices
Preferred Software
- AutoCAD
- ETABS (commonly expected for structural design profiles)
- SketchUp or Revit can be an advantage
Salary Range
Recent listings indicate approximately:
- ₹40k–₹80k/month depending on experience and role level
Pay: ₹40,232.34 - ₹80,762.13 per month
