Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LT Panel Design Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering of Low Tension (LT) electrical panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, Synchronizing, AMF, PLC, VFD, and Distribution Panels. The candidate should have strong knowledge in electrical design, BOM preparation, GA drawings, busbar calculations, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LT electrical panels as per customer requirements and standards.
- Prepare:
- GA Drawings
- SLD (Single Line Diagram)
- Control Schematics
- Busbar layouts
- Cable schedules
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Selection of:
- MCCB/ACB
- Contactors
- Relays
- Busbars
- CTs/PTs
- Protection devices
- Prepare technical offers and costing support.
- Ensure compliance with IEC / IS standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and project teams.
- Handle customer approvals and technical discussions.
- Support factory testing and commissioning activities.
- Optimize panel design for cost and manufacturing efficiency.

- Knowledge of:
- AutoCAD Electrical
- EPLAN (preferred)
- Excel & MS Office
- Understanding of:
- Busbar sizing calculations
- Heat dissipation
- Cable sizing
- Short circuit calculations
- Knowledge in electrical standards:
- IEC
- IS
- CEA guidelines
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
