Key Responsibilities
- Service Scheduling: Assign daily workloads and maintenance tasks to agricultural engineers and technicians based on skill levels and repair urgency.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for farmers to report machinery breakdowns, request technical support, and receive repair updates.
- Parts & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the parts manager to track, order, and expedite replacement parts and supplies needed for repairs.
- Breakdown Resolution: Oversee urgent breakdown cases, log incidents in tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems), and minimize equipment downtime .
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all machinery repairs, diagnostics, and testing procedures adhere to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Reporting: Document service tickets, maintain service logs, and track support KPIs for the service manager .
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Language Required : Tamil, English,Hindi,Kanada,telugu
- Male female both are apply for this postion
- System knowledge : strong knowledge in MS office
- Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in service coordination, parts/inventory management, or customer service within the agricultural sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, implements) and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency with ERP/Service management software, and excellent communication abilities for handling dealer and farmer queries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
