1) Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of unit-level staff.
2) Ensure smooth induction and orientation for all new employees.
3) Drive employee engagement (Fun Friday) and retention initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
4) Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as Fun Friday and cultural programs.
5) Implement and monitor adherence to organizational policies, including grooming standards and workplace protocols (e.g., National Anthem observance, if applicable).
6) Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and maintain accurate HR records.
7) Handle employee documentation, including issuance of experience certificates and related records.
8) Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances effectively and maintaining a healthy work culture.
9) Coordinate with medical consultants for onboarding, engagement, and tie-ups.
10) Ensure timely processing and disbursement of payouts for consultants, including star consultants.
11) Collaborate with the Training & Development team to facilitate employee learning and professional growth initiatives.
12) Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and hospital standards at the unit level.
13) Plan and conduct stay and exit interviews to capture employee feedback, improve retention, and enhance workplace experience.
14)Organizing a monthly cake-cutting ceremony to recognize the Employee of the Month, celebrate work anniversaries, and welcome new joiners
