Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD) CRM Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in customization, configuration, integrations, and extending D365 capabilities using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and business logic using C# and .NET.
Customize forms, views, dashboards, ribbon, and business process flows.
Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) integrations.
Perform data migration using tools like KingswaySoft or SSIS.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
Manage solutions (managed/unmanaged) and deployments across environments.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM development.
Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.
Experience in plugin development and custom workflow activities.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Good understanding of Dataverse architecture.
Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CRM security roles, business units, and field-level security.
Experience in solution management and deployment strategies.
