Opportunity –
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Build and manage strong talent pipelines using market insights and proactive sourcing techniques
Deliver end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Coach and guide line managers on best practices in hiring, selection, and minimizing bias
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes and talent attraction
Ensure compliance with legal, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies
Collaborate with HR teams across functions to align recruitment practices and improve processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including training and process optimization
This role has a direct impact on building high-quality teams, improving hiring efficiency, and strengthening OUP’s employer brand.
About You
Essential Criteria
Strong experience in agency or in-house recruitment
Proven ability to manage end-to-end and high-volume hiring
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Strong sourcing capability and experience in building talent pipelines
Experience using multiple tools and methods to assess candidates
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable Criteria
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Industry-recognized recruitment certification
Advanced social media recruiting skills
Experience in conducting or leading selection interviews
