Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in performing laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, recording accurate results, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and sample analysis.
- Collect, label, and process samples accurately.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Record and document test results with accuracy.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Assist senior laboratory staff with daily operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormal test results.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of laboratory materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
