Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist physicians, and support patients throughout their treatment and recovery. You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid nursing license/registration
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ICU, emergency, or ward care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
