Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with proven experience in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Convert leads into long-term customers and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and execute business development and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Experience in client relationship management and lead conversion.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
- BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
