Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients across India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, team management, client handling, MIS reporting, and payroll systems such as GreytHR, Keka, or Zoho.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining statutory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team.
- Handle client communication, escalations, and service delivery.
- Oversee compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports, dashboards, and operational analytics.
- Manage payroll billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of payroll experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing or HR services.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software such as GreytHR, Keka, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Proven experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
