Executive Assistant to Director

The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s office in a fast-paced export and manufacturing environment. This role manages the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, communication, and key follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and export/logistics partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meetings, calls, and travel for the Director.
- Draft and manage emails, letters, and presentations; maintain confidential records and files.
- Coordinate with export, sales, and logistics teams to keep the Director updated on orders and shipments.
- Organize client/vendor meetings and prepare minutes, action trackers, and basic MIS reports.
Profile requirements:
- Graduate with 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or export.
- Excellent English communication, strong organization and follow-up skills, high discretion, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
