Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Administrator to independently manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support across India and global locations. This role requires hands-on expertise in servers, cloud systems, IT assets, and security governance, along with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to employees across India and global offices
- Manage Windows servers, backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, including user accounts, MFA, and access controls
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Manage software procurement, licensing, renewals, and compliance
- Maintain IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment
- Track IT assets, warranties, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding for employees
- Support ERP systems, web shop platforms, accounting tools, and other business applications
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, and security updates
- Develop and enforce AI governance and acceptable usage policies
- Ensure compliance with the DPDP Act and internal IT policies
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, incident logs, and access management records
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in IT/System Administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Experience managing software licensing and endpoint security
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience in IT procurement and vendor management
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end IT operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of India’s DPDP Act
- Experience with ERP and webshop applications
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, etc.
- Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting global teams/users
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
