1. Key Responsibilities1. Conduct Yoga Sessions
- Lead daily yoga classes for individuals or groups.
- Teach various yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation).
- Demonstrate correct postures and breathing techniques.
2. Program Planning
- Design customized yoga programs based on participants’ needs.
- Modify sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Incorporate relaxation and stress management techniques.
3. Health & Safety
- Ensure safe practice environment during sessions.
- Monitor participants to prevent injuries.
- Provide guidance on limitations and contraindications.
4. Client Engagement
- Motivate and encourage participants for regular practice.
- Address individual concerns and fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain attendance records of participants.
- Track progress and provide feedback.
- Share reports with management if required.
6. Hygiene & Discipline
- Ensure cleanliness of yoga space and equipment.
- Maintain discipline and decorum during sessions.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of yoga techniques and philosophy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate and correct postures
- Patience and motivational skills
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and wellness
Qualifications
- Certification in Yoga (e.g., Yoga Instructor Course / Diploma in Yoga)
- Degree in Physical Education / Wellness (preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor
- Freshers with certification can also apply

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
